First off no one told us the pool was under maintenance which was upsetting and that they had no kid activities going on. These were main reasons why we picked this resort. I was given attitude when asked if they had a kids pool indoors, I wanted to know for future reference but with her rude response, we will never...

We had a nice time here. Rooms were clean and no major problems. It's older but affordable. I would stay again. Close to the landing and within 15-20 walking distance to the landing and main street. No cont breakfast.

Old rundown timeshare Resort, smelly rooms and bad Management/Staff. The "Health Club" which is included in the stay was the dirtiest filthiest hole you could ever imagine, with a maintenance guy to match. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom on the deep end, and was told it's always that way. I know it is poor...

This place was horrible. First, the two ladies at the front desk were incredibly grumpy and rude. They were not helpful in the slightest and were annoyed when we had any questions. When we got to our room, we found that it was terribly outdated. It looks like they haven't updated anything since 1970 with the exception of one TV...

Located within easy walking distance of the best shopping area in Branson, this older 'resort' looked to me to be a converted apartment complex. Our 2 bedroom unit was located down a flight of stairs but looked out on a patio, pleasant lawn and river view, a perfect place for breakfast and sundowners. The unit was immaculate, light, modern, comfortable,...

This resort is in bad shape. When we arrived we couldn't get the door open. Had to get maintenance to fix it. TV had to have an explanation to work it. Plaster was peeling everywhere. The pool had most of the paint off & the ceiling was falling down. Most of the equipment in the gym didn't work. Lounge chairs...

It is an older place n shows it's age. The rooms itself are good. No oven though. Was disappointed about no hot tub working. Liked the way you could use bathroom in the 1 bedroom as the people on sleeper sofa could use it without goi g through the bedroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close by Branson landing and...

I checked in on a Sunday and left the next Sunday. Check in and check out was fast and smooth. I declined a time share presentation and received no flack about me not going. Monday morning there is a meeting for all interested and coffee, juice and donuts were served. About 6 of the local entertainers put on a short...

Decor and amenities very outdated, Hot tub hasn't worked in the last 3 years that we have been there. Gym has multiple machines that were out of order and most of the equipment was old with ripped padding. Indoor pool we were told that we couldn't use because the temperature had dropped and they were working on it. It is...

As others have said decor was outdated , but hotel was clean and staff friendly. We were mainly looking for a hotel to sleep in and make meals in to save on eating out costs . this hotel suited those needs very well !,pool was simple but clean and kids enjoyed it.
