Took a last minute trip to this wonderful home, Such a beautiful place and so peaceful. Our room was very spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Our host was just as sweet as can be and made a breakfast that was to die for brought to your door. We cannot wait to go back to this beautiful home with...

My husband and I just wanted a night away from home, but not too far. Olive Branch was about 50 minutes from home. The BB was secluded in a quiet and peaceful setting. The owner made us feel really welcome and at home. The room was fantastic with a view out the back looking at a chapel for weddings. The...

We were 4 adults staying in the Savannah and Charleston rooms both with large bed, lounge area, en suite bathroom and shared porch between the rooms and it was a fantastic place to stay in a nice quiet setting. The bedrooms were great, large high beds with traditional furnishings in the bedrooms and throughout the house. Coffee makers in the...

If your in the Memphis area, you have to stay at the Andover Plantation. The bedrooms are great, ours was on the 2nd floor and included comfortable lounge chairs, had a separate sitting room, and access to a large porch. There are three large common areas, one is on the 2nd floor with a small refrigerator; another has a pool...

We spent 3 nights in The Cottage (on site annex property) at Andover Plantation. It was wonderful for our family of 4 (two boys: 11 & 14). The proprietor, Lin, is a delightful person! In addition to her warm personality, she cooks delicious breakfasts, which she delivered to our door promptly each morning, and had helpful suggestions about our stay....

My sister and I stayed in the Natchez room at Andover Plantation for a weekend. The property is gorgeous! The grounds are beautiful and the home is large and well decorated. Our room was beautiful too, but the sheets and towels had a sour smell as if they hadn't been dry before they were put out/on (the hand towels were...

Enchanting! As a journalist, I travel a lot and prefer B&Bs to any other accommodation. I've been in quite a few world wide. One of my favourites is the Andover Plantation. My family and I stayed in the Carolina Suite, which was clean and very tastefully done. I love the historic feel of the home, which sparks the imagination. There...

I strongly recommend Andover Plantation. Rooms are comfortable. Lin's service is friendly and charming. The house is beautiful and the gardens are peaceful. The price is very affordable compared to commercial hotel chains.

Our room was delightful, huge and comfortable. The grounds and the common areas were elegant. We enjoyed the soaking tub in our room and the outstanding breakfast. The owner was very pleasant and interesting to get to know. I think as a wedding venue, it would be outstanding. Only one suggestion for the owners: to replace the "book stack" near...

“We would book early enough next time to get a room with a porch on the back. The view of the gardens and the fountain underneath would have added more of the peace we enjoyed. There are really no bad rooms. The whole place is amazing.”

“We peeked around to look at the other rooms, and there isn't a inferior choice to make. There is a separate building that you can apparently rent, and if you are traveling in a group it would be worth checking that option out.”
