A beautiful small downtown hotel with a roof garden and courtyard. The gardens are well looked after. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free wine and cheese in the afternoon. A great place to stay.

A beautiful small hotel downtown, once a YMCA building. Great interior, big banquet hall, New Orleans-like court yard and great rooftop deck overlooking downtown, the Capitol building and neighboring 3 state museums.Perfect for reunions, parties, weddings or just visiting.

It's only about a 15 minute walk. Most of the route is pedestrian-friendly, and some parts are quite pretty. But walk it only in daylight. Before your trip, definitely contact the Capitol Inn staff to get better information... More
