My friend and I stayed here for three days whilst visiting the Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale. I was pleasantly surprised, as the price was very reasonable, and the hotel was a clean and spacious building, and the rooms (with en suite bathrooms) were fine. It's next to a shopping area, so we bought food and drink and brought it... More

Hangers & taps ripping of the wall, toilets not connected to the floor... This place is falling apart. The breakfest was as minimal as it gets. At least there's a good mexican restaurant nearby. Stay here only if you have no other choice

Visited Clarkesdale for The Juke Joint Festival and the only hotel I could find nearby was this one. I now know why. The hotel is rundown without any redeeming features. The Reception are is dull and drab, but better than the rooms. Our room did not have a functioning shower, a couple of lights did not work and the room... More

This was the only place I could book for the recent Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale. It has to be the worst hotel I have ever used; disinterested staff; questionable cleanliness and groups of people resident on the second floor sleeping in the corridor - I can only conclude that it was being used for the temporary housing of displaced... I made our reservation months ago for the Juke Joint Festival, and this was the only place available. Ugh! Dirty, dingy, no hangers, no iron, wifi required a call to tech support in India, hairdryer came apart in my hand, weird gummy stuff on bathroom door that looks like residue that held a now missing mirror. Desk clerk was really... More

For what they charged, I expected a lot more. Burn hole in carpeting in room from somebody trying to iron. Walls in the room needed to be repainted. Advertised guest laundry but there isn't one. Dirty hallways. Dirty stairwells. In one rear stairwell, the safety railing isn't secured to the wall and coming down. Old style television that takes two... More

Clarksdale is not a very big town so it was an easy drive to anywhere in town. Staff knows the area well & were very helpful with recommendations & directions. The place could stand a remodel - starting to show some wear & tear.

There is nothing special about it - basic but excellent value. Was in town for a music festival so wasn't going to spend much time in the room. It is basic, no frills but was all I needed. Very friendly front desk service. Wi-Fi is a problem, site says free Wi-Fi but is only available in front lobby.

The stay at the hotel was okay. I had a few problems with 2 rooms but the 3rd one was a charm. The 1st room didn't lock behind you, 2nd room wasn't a true non smokers room and 3rd one was nice clean and comfortable They offer continental breakfast. I probably would stay here again but will book directly. I... More
