The manager was very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. It's an old park, but, everything is well kept and amenities clean with fresh flowers in the ladies. The permanents were friendly and the servo next door has great pies. Some noise from the highway but didn't keep us awake. Nice walks in...

Great friendly owner who does all he can to make sure you are comfortable. Amenities older but kept clean daily. Some nice permanent residents who make you welcome. Only downside is traffic noise but highway is being built to bypass park. Nice short drive to Evans Head, Woodburn and inland to Coraki etc, very scenic countryside.

Friendly owner, the rest of the park is old and outdated. Many permanents in run down old caravans, amenities simple and old. Along the highway, noisy. We payed AU$ 25 for a powered site. Not much space for campers. We used it as a stopover for one night, for that it's okay.

We've stayed here several times and always found it excellent. This stay however the cleanliness was not as good it had been previously. The cabin we were in was quite disappointing. The floor was gritty, the utensils had not been cleaned properly and the cabin smelt of stale cigarette smoke especially inside the cupboards. This was despite it being a...

Don't stop! I lasted just one hour before moving out. The lock on my cabin door was faulty and didn't work, and the place seemed to be a half way house for ex-cons judging by the other clientele I saw. There was no wifi and my internet didn't work there as it's a 'dead spot'. The place was creepy and...

We were delayed getting to our first night stopover on our road trip and called ahead to Bart at the Stopover to advise an eta of 11pm. Normally way to late for other places we were greeted with a wonderful "she'll be right" on the phone and when we got here which totally changed our night, going from highly stressed...

We rang ahead but arrived after dark - so we really appreciated the very personal service and helpful assistance we received in setting up. Whilst the amenities are old - very clean and comfortable. A nice stop over if your traveling down the coast and looking for minimum fuss and welcoming managers.

Very friendly staff and clean little park right on the highway I stayed in a cabin and very relaxing place and very tidy room would recommend for people travelling down the pacific highway to stay there, they have full facilities, camp kitchen, ammenties and close to the liberty service station and only 10 km from the lovely Evans heads and...

On a rainy afternoon after a long day driving we saw the sign for the Broadwater Stopover Tourist Park, and it's welcome pet friendly tag. We travel with our gorgeous dog and sometimes find it hard to find a place to stay. We were given a lovely ensuite cabin with a massive tv and very comfortable bed. A great find...

Great place to stopover. A warm welcome, great location and the cleanest amenities this side of the black stump. Its off the highway but didn't hear the traffic at all - but we did have the fans on in the van. The owner really cares about his park and does a lap around 9pm to make sure all is well....
