There is plenty of parking. Service was excellent and we felt very welcomed. The room is comfortable, but I wish the bathroom had a door. The restaurant downstairs has good food but it is expensive (then again, so is all of Switzerland). Breakfast in the morning, held upstairs, was simple but filling. The service was so good that they even...

We are so glad we stayed outside of the hustle and bustle of Lucerne. The hospitality of our host was superb. What a nice family. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The church does ring it's bells and you could hear it all night with your windows open. We closed our windows. We loved our stay here.

I will tell you a secret... there is no need to spend lots of money staying in Lucerne. Stay in this beautiful, family run guest house in a suburb just out of Lucerne. This place reeks of old charm, right down to the old creaky timber staircase. Don't get me wrong, this isnt your average place, it is a renovated...

Gasthof Rossli was one block from the river that pours out of Lake Luzern and is located at the edge of the Old Town on both sides of the River. Several outdoor restaurants hug the riverside with pretty good food and high prices, as usual in Switzerland. Our taxi driver gave us a brief tour of the Old Town on...

There was no staff available during our stay. The owners apparently were on a holiday themselves. We were left all on our own with the key of the back door, to get in and out of the hotel. There was no possibility to get a cup of coffee or tea. Therefore, we stayed in Luzern all night until the last...

Feedback is related to restaurant only. Great selection of different wines with a taste of local atmosphere in all menus, served fresh and fast but not in hurry. Two/three choices of different menus with local tastes and great desserts. Very kind and professional staff. Wonderful experience with all senses!

Free parking, free wifi. Overal a very nice experience to be repeated. The hotel is close to Lucern and less than 1 hour from Zurich. Great for a stop 'en route'...

The hotel is 15 min by bus from Lucerne in a quaint village. The owners are a family and very involved in running the hotel. They are very nice and helpful. The hotel has very good connectivity by bus and you are in a quiet and nice location. The village closes down by 6.30 PM. You can see Mt.Rigi from...

Dear Guests We thank you for your stay in our small hotel. Also do we thank you for the constructive criticism. We realize that our breakfast should have an "update". I will take charge of it and try to see things in early mourning view. Markus und Susy Sager-Meyerhans, owners

This hotel is just what I was looking for for a quiet overnight away. It is completely spotless, the facility is just perfect. The staff took care of every detail, the room was cozy and perfectly lovely, and the breakfast was superb. Still can't believe I found this place and I hope to find a reason to go back. The...

We were upgraded to the "penthouse suite" as we mentioned it was our honeymoon - the attic suite at the top of the house. Beautiful views and large area including a little lounge and TV. The owners Marcus and Susie gave us a little bottle of Prosecco to help us celebrate too. Our flight landed early so we arrived at...
