My husband and I visited the casino and hotel this past weekend. The casino is in the middle of a remodel and the updated areas are fabulous. I was worried about the customer service based on recent reviews but we had a great experience. We received good customer service in all areas. We ate at the Seasons buffet and while...

I’m a frequent traveler, and it’s rare to find a breakdown of service as severe as we found at Jackpot Junction. For our weekend, we hit the junkpot! The price quoted on the phone turned out to be “my mistake.” Um, yep! After shelling out twice as much for the premium room with a king size bed, we discovered the...

Ye Gads - worst meal we've had in ages, the dinners we had at the Dacotah Restaurant. My husband ordered the hot beef sandwich. The gravy was too salty to eat and the rest of the sandwich was cold and tasteless. He's not a picky eater so when he says something is bad, I know it's bad. I had the...

We were told one thing over the phone and something very different at the front desk regarding how to check in and what the rate would be. When the one clerk checking us in said to the other clerk "oh, you spoke to them right?" the other clerk walked away. We ended up paying $50 more than we were told...

I'll admit I generally frequent casinos for the food and nice hotels.. this is my first return to jackpot in over a decade, not much has changed. Let's start with the lodging. The check in process was extremely slow, I was #2 in line one person being helped, one clerk on the phone with a difficult caller, and one clerk...

If you want to stay at a place that has a front desk manager named Sara give you the worst customer service I recommend staying at Jackpot Junction. We had such a wonderful standing water shower that Sara didn't seem to care about our experience. Did I mention it is Christmas Day? Merry Christmas to our family staying at such...

The Buffet was very poor for the cost. The Hotel is very nice and the rooms were very clean but could use a little updating in the bathroom. The casino is being updated and was told that they are only trying to take care of the smokers. is why they did away with the non smoking casino. The people in...

Good hotel in general, slight smell of smoke, but you get used to it. Clean place with a good selection of places to eat. Staff very helpful. Everything worked in the room, and a good room rate, what more can you ask for!

Tempted by the low rate, I came back for an overnight after a long absence. The non-smoking room was well maintained, but being on the same floor as the casino, residual smoke odor was present in the halls and even a little in the room, it seemed to me, but as an ex-smoker, I'm sensitive to it. Setting the AC/heat...

We stayed in the suite which was nice and clean, there was definitely a smoke smell throughout the whole property including this non-smoking room. It wasn't so bad that you couldn't stand it, but definitely there. They are in the process of remodeling and putting in a new air filtration system. The grill had good food fast and reasonably priced....
