I have never stayed in a hotel as awful as this one. We were only going to be in Moorhead for one night, so we figured we'd save money and stay at an economy hotel. It smelled awful. In the first room they put us, the toilet was dirty on the rim, the lid, everywhere - mold and dirt. So...

It didn't look to bad from the outside but the area was questionable. We went in and got the rate which was reasonable. I asked to see the room and the clerk asked me for ID and a credit card. I asked her again to see the room before we registered and she said if we didn't like the room...

It was infected with bed bugs. No refund given or even a different room. I highly recommend that if plan to visit Morehead or surrounding areas don't stay here on less a person wants bed bugs. Been staying with the Gand Inn since last year and never had a experience like this one. I will never forget this. Totally gross...

First off the staff doesn't speak clear English. Beds are hard pillows are paper thin. They couldn't even give us extra pillows. We had a late check out and 5 minutes before 11 the housekeeping and front desk was banging on the door. Then they called the room just to confirm we were checking out at noon. Only reason why...

my wife and i have stayed here before, and it was ok. How things change. Room smelled like cat urine, staff was rude, room had bedbugs, and awoke at 4 am, to man giving the desk clerk, which i took was his wife or something, an arguement or a very hard time. My wife got bitten by some kind of...

Hotel personal were very friendly. The outside looked a bit run down. Their booking for us showed we wanted a queen no smoking, but we had requested a smoking room. That room was quite nice. The room we got moved to had a broken toilet seat. Very uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great motel location! I have stayed at this location several times. I am a regular business traveller and pretty loyal to Grand Inn. I highly recommend this Motel for all travelers looking to save money on their trip.

one of the cheap and great place to stay..... i stayed there for 3 nights and i liked the friendly staff and rooms were pretty good too....new carpet ...clean room ...i would love to stay there in my next vist to F/M are.

Its dirty. How can a maid miss a dirty needle in a med cabnet. 2 days in a row! Wish I would have know cabnet was there! Now my sons been to er all night and after they called the owner he said no refund! So now I'm sleeping in my van. belive every bad thing u read about them!

Do not stay at this motel. It is definately sub-par. The sign on the front door "Do not flick your cig butts on the ground" pretty much sets the stage for what you get. We made a reservation through Orbitz for a non-smoking room with a refrigerator. What I got was a room smelling of stale smoke and pet. There...
