Very nice upscale hotel, stayed in room #1107, beautiful and well kept property. Originally stayed at hotel due to location is 1 block from convention center, but front desk and concierge are so nice and helpful I will definitely be staying again. The property has a typical upscale bar and downstairs a more casual Tiki bar that is a very... More

Set up a reservation for a surprise for my husband. Paid extra for a king room. When we arrived they said that we had to sign up for their "service" and give an e-mail address and we declined. Because we declined we didn't get a king bed and we didn't get complimentary wi-fi. We had to pay 6 dollars each... More

Everything about this hotel deserves 5*. From the beautiful lobby to the fantastic service to the large and well designed rooms! Even the gym is one of the nicest hotel gyms I've been to with plenty of cardio and weight training equipment available. The toiletries are nice and the housekeeping staff is on their A game. They clean the room... More

We stayed here for four nights over Labor Day Weekend while visiting family in the area. The property is either brand new or recently renovated and spotless throughout. The Hotel Ivy is unique in that the building houses both the Hotel and the Ivy Residences. The entry for both is the same, but they have separate elevators. We were upgraded... More

Lovely rooms. Helpful staff. The biggest gym I've seen in a hotel. Spa and hot tub (did not use). Monello restaurant food very very good. Good location. Valet parking $36 per night - the only option. Internet is free if you are or become an SPG member.

The hotel was somewhat smaller than the average business hotel, which I like. Because it is smaller, I felt that the service was much more personalized. It is right downtown and very convenient. The breakfast was great, too.

Wonderful hotel w well trained staff and nice appointments. Technology (tv and wifi and hvac) all are first rate. Food good. Will be my go to hotel in Minneapolis going forward. Only negative is the rate is a bit high for the area but the breakfast credit made up for it.
