Well located hotel, in the city center of Minneapolis. I attended a conference and enjoyed four nights there. The room was ok and clean. There was No fridge in the room, though. The gym can be small for a so large hotel

Pros 1) Clean 2)Nice Concierge lounge 3) friendly. Cons 1) Took 4 Trips to the front desk to get our keys programmed right to get in our room. 2). Each trip, including the first, there was NO ONE at the front desk. Yet we were the only ones at the front desk. We had to wait till someone came out.... More

This is an average dated Marriott in need of a remodel. It was very clean but everything from the elevators to the rooms were showing their age. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They have a free airport shuttle unlike the other Marriott properties in the area. The concierge lounge was a bit of a disappointment. For hors... More

Dear Police_Lives_Matter, I apologize that the concierge lounge was less than acceptable in one of our hotels. As I read your comments, it appears that you may be rating the Minneapolis Airport Marriott. They do have a shuttle that runs to the airport and they are a short distance from the JW. I will be sure to pass your comments... More

Stayed here while attending a convention. Unbeknownst to me, It was a mile away from the convention center but this isn't reflected in my rating. The hotel folks were very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were up to date. The room didn't have a refrigerator and, while I'm probably nitpicking, the TV... More

We spent three nights here for the annual meeting of the AAHM. The room was small, but it had all one needed. Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The fitness centre was also clean and pleasant. I was surprised that the hotel did not have a pool, but I did enjoy my workout on... More

We spent a Friday and Saturday night in the downtown Marriott. Centrally located in the heart of Minneapolis. Plenty of sites to see all within walking distance. The skyway connects to the hotel and makes exploring all the sights of downtown Minneapolis exceptionally easy. We were upgraded and had an absolutely wonderful suite. It does get a little noisy with... More
