The room itself was not terrible. Clean and seemed to have been recently updated. We made our reservation through the hotel website for a king size executive suite with a pull out couch more than 2 months before the planned activity. When we arrived we were told they had overbooked and moved us to a standard king size room for...

The front desk staff is friendly, the cleaning staff not so much. The rooms are nice. The view of the pool from the room is beautiful. I came with friends to attend a concert at the Civic Center so this place was perfect! The Civic Center is attached to the hotel by a skyway so it was walking distance. The...

I normally don't give bad reviews. I can handle a non updated hotel or even uncleanliness to a degree but what I cannot deal with is noise. If I'm paying to stay at hotel I would like to be able to sleep there. The pool and common areas are the center of the hotel so your balcony windows overlook them....

If I could pick "0 stars" I would. There is absolutely NO reason to stay in this hotel when you are in Mankato. Parking is absolutely horrendous, especially if you have kids. Need a baggage cart? They have 2 for the entire hotel. We recently booked a large party here. when we booked, we were assured that the hotel would...

Very friendly staff, nice clean room, very comfortable bed. Did not use the pool area. Only concern was the breakfast, eggs, sausage, French toast not very warm and coffee was not good. Plus the eating/food area was a very awkward layout and not easy to find.

For the price, this stay was a bargain. The rooms were clean although the mattress was a little firm for my taste, but still acceptable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average, but it was hot and of fairly good quality. The free underground parking was also a plus. The downtown location was close to shops and...

We two elderly citizens (78yrs) asked for a quiet room, reservation made months ago. Dustin at the desk, a very pleasant young man said sure no problem. I asked to not be near the pool. We were in a rush to join friends for dinner and just dropped our bags and left the room before looking out the window. So...

The room, pool area, meeting rooms are nice. The whole hotel needs cosmetic maintenance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our group rate was $12 more than I could have gotten through TripAdvisor.

A Rail train came thru very early in the morning, woke us up for a short time. Great buffet breakfast .very close to the interstate and easy to get back on the road. Easy to walk to several good restaurants along with great parking garage space.

This hotel has some good and some bad. First...the good: The hotel is in a great location, especially if you are attending anything at the newly upgraded Verizon Wireless Center, which I was. The skyways connect the two so even if it's cold or rainy, you will stay warm and dry! Also...free parking for hotel guests and free breakfast. For...
