Lovely friendly place for all the family. Take your wellies, kids can go and hunt for eggs and walk safely round the farm. See lots of sheep, cows - not dairy as previously mentioned by another family who obviously don't know the difference. Friendly horses, ducks and chickens. Very welcoming family with home baked cake and tea on arrival. Amazing...

Our experience of Yellingham Farm was one of tremendous hospitality, comfort, food and even the weather was better than predicted! The room was perfect and we were always welcomed with tea, biscuits/crumpets which were very much appreciated after a day out walking with the dog. Ed's breakfasts were excellent and great fuel for our days out. We would not hesitate...

If you are looking for amazing service, beautiful views, fantastic food with a friendly welcome, look no further. The rooms were simply amazing, and to say the least, having a bath and a separate shower was something I was not expecting and the beds were big and very comfortable and the breakfast menu was out of this world, the porridge...

Stayed 16th - 18th August Ok, confession time..... I happened to stumble across a review of Yellingham Farm and was captured by its content, thinking how idyllic it sounded but then I nearly wobbled and thought, very selfishly, no, I can't do it, I'm not cut out for b&b farm life, the 5* in Salcombe was calling me back !...

We are regular visitors to Yellingham Farm and always check trip advisor comments wherever we travel. We cannot believe what we have read about the latest comment. It can’t be the same place that we visit. On arrival we always get greeted with afternoon tea. As for the comment re the water – every room always has bottled water –...

First time visit to the farm and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in fabulous accomodation with rural charm and the most wonderful, warm welcome we have ever received from a host. Janet, Ed and Miles instantly make you feel at ease, on what is still a working farm. We took our dog Max and he...

Just had four nights with Janet & Edward...back again. We've been staying with them almost annually since they first opened 14 years ago and it's always wonderful. Greeted with smiles, offers of a hot drink, often accompanied by a freshly baked treat, then to a sparkling room, crisp linens, fluffy towels, and fresh flowers from the garden. Always a good...

We stayed for two nights over the august bank holiday weekend. Janet and Edward were helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable with all mod cons needed and the small touches such as the lovely biscuits make Yellingham special. My husband had the full English for breakfast both days and thoroughly enjoyed them. He also had melon...grown by Janet! The...
