It is much quieter than most of the less expensive hotels in the Grand Forks area. The owners always leave an open Bible and book of devotions on the table in the room, which may be inviting for some or off-putting for others. Because it's on concrete slabs, the bathroom floors are ice cold in the winter. We've stayed here...

I stayed at the Plaza over the summer of 2015 for a family function. They were able to accommodate the whole lot of us with 6 rooms on the first floor. The rooms were fairly spacious, spotless and the bed and linens very nice. This is a small family run motel so don't expect a 24 hour office or concierge...

The accommodations were clean and people were helpful and friendly. Great stay for the price! I will stay there every time I visit that area. The lady at the front desk was kind and helped us find directions to our destination.

Overall the rooms were very clean. The staff very friendly and accommodating. Only stayed one night with 2 friends because we we attending an event across the street at the VFW. The beds were comfortable and quiet for sleeping, A coffee maker would have been nice but for one night wasn't really necessary. My only negative were they could have...

We have stayed at this motel several times when visiting our son who is a student at the University of North Dakota. It is easy walking distance to the movie theatre and all the downtown Grand Forks restaurants. Plus, the bike path along the river is just a couple blocks away so getting some exercise is very convenient. It costs...

I needed a room while I wrapped up several weeks of work away from home. General Manager Ann Vukasin not only juggled her reservation list to fit me in but also gave me a great weekly rate. I felt right at home. Located in the heart of downtown, the room was bright, clean, cozy, and quiet. The open wood beam...

We booked for two nights in February 2013. We went to a concert at the Alerus Centre. The room was very clean. It had new carpet and new beds. We booked a room with two double bed because we were sharing it with another couple. Bed was comfortable. The only thing we wished we had in the room was a...

First off-I loved this motel before it got new management. The guy that used to work there was so friendly, knew my name by about the third time I stayed there--always had coffee ready in the morning, just a nice guy and the motel rooms themselves are completely fine. Nothing spectacular, but it is a good price and they are...

With taxes we paid close to $80. Dirty stained chairs in room, plastic left in bar fridge from someone before us so I assume fridge wasn`t even wiped down, bathroom dirty and falling apart, a piece of material glued on to bath mat.....how unsanitary is this! I was kept awake from someone above us who I assume was drinking all...
