From the moment you pull into the driveway of this lovely Inn, you are instantly immersed in a feeling like you are home. We park in the driveway and bring our bags with us to the front porch door. Many times we are greeted before we get off the driveway! The decor of this inn is absolutely breathtaking. From the...

My husband and I stayed at the Firelight Inn in February for a weekend getaway. It was our first experience with a bed and breakfast and we had a wonderful time! The owners were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. We stayed in the Brookside suite which was lovely. There were so...

My wife and I decided to try out the Firelight after searching, then coming across the great reviews posted on social media. We were not disappointed. We stayed in the Barnum Suite for the weekend. Suffice to say the food, the room, the wonderful decor, the history that lives in the Firelight, is worth the trip and soon to be,...

The inn was just perfect and filled with history. We also thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour of other historic homes in the area. The owners are attentive but respectful. The breakfasts were wonderful and delivered to your suite each morning. Our suite was the Superior Suite. It was on the 3rd floor with skylights, fireplace and lovely finishes. We toured...

I defiantly recommend this place to anyone planning a babymoon or just looking to get away for the weekend. The owners think of everything to make your stay as stress free as can be. The breakfasts are amazing. The massage that was...

My husband and I stayed in the Isle Royale Suite for our 5th Wedding Anniversary and had a wonderful experience. This 100+ year old house is a relaxing get away in the middle of Duluth. We were delightfully surprised how secluded we could feel in the middle of the city yet be so close to all the sights in town...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days following our wedding. Our celebration was wonderful, but so much work. By the time we arrived, we were exhausted and in desperate need of relaxation. We came to the right place! This B&B is gorgeous. The Brookside suite was comfortable, clean, and so pretty! Breakfasts were exceptional- so yummy and delivered...

My girlfriend and I were looking for a weekend get away to Duluth from the twin cities. We saw the reviews on trip advisor and thought we should see if it lived up to it's rating - and it sure did! We stayed in the Barnum Suite, which was the former master suite of the Barnum residence. It was nice...
