While in Duluth to see our daughter and son-in-law's new home my husband booked one night at the Cotton Mansion. I wish we could have stayed more! The mansion has been wonderfully renovated by our congenial hosts. Breakfast with our fellow guests was delightful. Be sure to ask if any of the former Cotton family members have visited the mansion...

We love Duluth and decided to stay in the Cotton Mansion for a unique experience. It was that and it was cool to see the mansion built in 1906. It is beautiful and the restoration is very good. It was very comfortable, but quiet as a library. The only sounds are the creaks of a very old house. Breakfast was...

We wanted to try an elegant estate to see how the rich and famous lived 100 years ago. The Cotton Mansion was perfect. It was elegant but livable. The first floor rooms were huge and beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable. The bedrooms were also elegant -- though the bathroom was vintage. We liked the Cotton Mansion better than Glennsheen, which...

The house interior and furnishings are beautiful and impressive and clearly a very expensive restoration has been made. On arrival Kimberley greeted us and asked us to remove our shoes and then asked for our credit card. She then asked us to go into the library and wait for Ken, her husband. Ken came and greeted us and showed us...

My husband and I spent 3 nights here in the Bell Cotton Suite. It was a beautiful room and the queen size bed was comfortable. The hot tub was great and very relaxing. The bathroom is well appointed and the shower is the best we've experienced in a B&B. The room was spotless, even under the bed. The owners were...

We felt a little out of our element when we pulled our pick-up truck under the classical portico to unload our gear, but Kimberley and Ken made us feel so at home. We were shown into the awe-inspiring front hall with its grand stair leading up to a domed ceiling. Wide doorways opened onto Joseph Cotton's huge library, the gracious...

Thank you so much for the kind words and for sharing your experience here at our inn. We love our guests and are always happy when they are able to relax and enjoy the unique artistic work that went into building the Cotton home 108 years ago.

Spent a 4 day weekend here on a get away with my wife. What a wonderful place. The building is spectacular, the breakfasts were to die for, and the service was second to none. We booked the Terrace Suite, which gave us a fantastic room with a jetted tub, shower, fireplace and our own private second story deck that they...

We stayed at the Cotton Mansion to celebrate my fiance's birthday this past weekend. We were welcome into the home and given a tour and some good information about the house and city. They had a very nice wine and cheese reception and so many places to sit and relax. We stayed in the Bell Cotton suite. The room was...

My significant other and I stayed here over Valentines Day weekend this year, and it was nothing but amazing. When we arrived, we had a nice little tour of this amazing mansion, it was like nothing I've ever seen before, like taking a step back in time. We were brought to our room, the Lillian James, and it was much...

We stayed at Cotton Mansion for our 10th Anniversary weekend. It was the perfect choice. This elegant mansion has been lovingly restored by the hosts, Ken and Kimberly, who epitomize hospitality. Breakfasts are filling and delicious. To make it even better, as Ken brings out courses and refills beverages, he'll share the history of the property, give advice on attractions...
