I stayed one night and found the hotel to be cozy. The rooms could use updating but everything was clean and fresh. Love the location in Chaska and prices are fair. Customer service friendly. I will be back.

The hotel was nice. The staff was helpful. A large group of us were there for the Renaissance festival and I even used the shuttle. The beds were very hard though. I love that the rooms have kitchens!

This hotel was one of the worst I have every stayed at. The carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty and soiled. The room we used for the grooms dinner had to be totally cleaned by us before it was usable. The tables and chairs were sticky from the mornings breakfast and the floor had not been vacuumed or washed....

Have stayed here before and at least half the time there is something wrong with the room. They must have cheap electricity. The air conditioning was on full blast and the room was in the low 60s when I arrived. Shower head was so plugged it wouldn't spray a decent pattern. The pipe coming out of the wall to the...

We attend the Renaissance Fair every year and love staying at this hotel. It's in close proximity to the fair and offers some nice amenities - such as refrigerators, pool, complimentary breakfast, etc. Every now and then we've had some issues with the A/C, or availability of the staff, and during a recent stay - the pool was closed. But...

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. I thought our room was old and tired and needed to be updated. Its about what I expected for a hotel in that price range. However, ever hotel should have decent public spaces. The hallway carpets are disgusting, stained and dirty! They have a garage you can park in, a nice feature...

Let me start off by saying the pictures and the look of hotel are very deceiving. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever ever had! Pool was disgusting.... had sand in bottom of pool... cobwebs and spiders in pool area. Also bird poop in the window wells (on the INSIDE) the air conditionerror must have bn broke....

You should really change the heating cooling in your rooms....unit should be in front room not small back room in the King parlor suites. Also, mattresses on pull out need to be replaced. A sign needs to be put on the fan between the rooms...was really hot in front room and didn't figure out or see the switch to fan...

Came for the Renaissance festival. The hotel smells of mold and mildew, carpets are old & gross. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but adequate. Stayed here because other hotels in vicinity looked even worse.

When we first arrived the lobby and hallways were so warm that we thought the air was broken. Then we were told the pool and hot tub are out of order. There was no ice machine in service anywhere on the premises. The vent blades on both air conditioners in our room had mold on them. The shower drain was...
