Well I visited with my sister on Monday after a long overdue get together. I have to say the level of service and warmth which we received from Julie and Dan was second to none, nothing was to much trouble for them both they was remarkable. The spa and infinity pool was simply stunning we cannot wait to visit again. Keep up the good work you are doing amazing..
Trying to rebook a cancelled stay but it's proving challenging. I've sent four emails and left three voicemails. Absolutely ZERO response from the hotel. I understand these are challenging times but that's poor by any standards. I've tried calling but whatever department button you press, I've tried them all, you just get left hanging on the line. If they can't respond to an email then I dread to think what level of service they offer when you do eventually get there.
My friends and I came yesterday for a well earned child free day. We could not have asked for more, the spa and facilities are wonderful but this is only second to the outstanding customer service we received from Julie and Dan. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the pair could not do enough for us and really placed us at ease. We would 100% come again mostly due to your superb staff members. Please would you pass on our regards.
Amazing spa afternoon with my boyfriend today. The new facilities are amazing, so peaceful, clean and well organised. The package booked was brilliant and the new infinity pool on the terrace is amazing! Heated and amazing view. Cannot wait to stay for a full spa break in November! A special mention for Julie in the bar - what an absolute credit and lovely lady! Proper customer service and really really helped to make our time at the spa more amazing.
You really know what a company is like when things go wrong and how they deal with the issue. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions the hotel had to cancel my New Years Eve package on 23/12/2020. We are now into Feb 2021 and I am still awaiting my refund! They started with very polite fob off letters apologising for the delay, stating that they were waiting for management to authorise the refund. In return I was very polite in response, waiting patiently through these difficult times. However, several fob off emails later they now no longer respond and I am £300 out of pocket. I have been forced to initiate a dispute resolution with my card provider. I can assure you that when this pandemic is at an end I will never stay in this hotel, or any other hotel in this chain!
