I agree with the responder above. If you are flushed with cash, it is certainly better than the other floors. However, the entire hotel is well designed, and the concierge level simply adds a concierge room with lounging chairs, free newspapers, coffee, excellent hot breakfast. Calculate what breakfast for two downstairs would cost (probably $20-$30, and ask yourself if you are willing to pay $70 instead for the concierge level.
Traffic during student move in weekend. Also homecoming and sports events. Another high traffic time is during the Ann Arbor Art Fair. The first or second weekend in August. These are the traffic issues I was refering to.
