Spent 2 nights at Somerset on business...the hotel is very nice, and reasonably priced. The rooms are well appointed and most importantly, the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning unit was a little loud, but most tend to be...If you like shopping, the location is superb right across from the Somerset Mall which is a high end shopping destination. You...

Nice hotel, nice location, good bar/lounge, great breakfast (free too). It was just the little things and they would be so easy to fix. How about a printed TV channel guide instead of having to scroll through the very slow one on the screen. Room directory says vending machines on every floor; that's wrong. When I called downstairs I was...

Somerset Inn has the luxurious lobby of a four-star hotel, but the rooms of a standard MOTEL. No door on the closet, limited toiletries in the bathroom and the usual motel window HVAC unit that drones on all night. Just like a motel, the Wi-Fi was buggy. Perhaps oddest was their billing policy. When we registered, the "hotel" glommed onto...

Good location within walking distance of mall/restaurants. Comfortable beds. No fans in bathroom. Wifi is free but drops frequently (many times/minute). Free parking. The warm cookies (8pm nightly) were big hits with the husband and kids.

My husband's employer always puts their employees up in this hotel when they are in the area so it was nice to see what he has previously described. He had an event this week that I needed to attend and I thought the hotel was nice! Yes, it is obviously dated like everyone says, but it is clean and really,...

Although this is an older hotel and they are trying their best to keep it maintained; it still needs work. Front Desk workers were verycourteous. The dining room servers were attentive and I was very impressed with their service. The room needed a great deal of updating, new wallpaper or paint, bathroom definitely needed some revamping.

The hotel was close to my business meeting and as usual I dashed in and back out. After getting back late and reading a few emails I went to get in bed and saw what appeared to be dried blood on the side if the sheet by the pillow. I should have called but was so tired I threw a...

Constructed in 1973 but well maintained. Bland...not much personality but that has no impact on the good night's sleep available. Different room rates appear to be based on the size of the bed and no indication that the available space in the room is different. Could not find any rate discounts. Excellent location for dining and shopping if you need...

I travel quite a bit for work and rarely get to explore, or better yet, SHOP! This hotel was suggested to me from a colleague that had stayed there before. I absolutely loved it, and its proximity to Somerset Collection. There really is no excuse not to go visit the beautiful mall. My room at the Somerset Inn was very...
