I stayed for one night at the inn. Great location and views. Room is huge and comfortable, refrigerator and coffe make, complementary water bottles , flat screen TV and wifi. If you are member at Landry's program from the Kruse and Muer restaurants you get a better rate. Has a really limited continental breakfast. It's adjacent to the river crab... More

We have been here multiple times. It is a great place to visit. The rooms are very nice, spotlessly clean and well kept. We love the restaurant, food is always to high standards. The bar is great fun, good drinks, excellent service. The staff make this place though, they are fantastic. It is a very well run establishment.

My wife and I stayed for the weekend in room 203. Loved the retro decor of the room. Everything was updated, things we especially loved were the updated bathroom, make up vanity with bench, bar sink with frig and the highlight of the room; comfy chairs and side table in front of the large windows. This provided a great view... More

We booked a group of 16 rooms last weekend with the Blue Water inn. The manager could not have been more cooperative and ensured that all went smoothly. The Inn has been restored and the rooms are so nice. I think they did an excellent job of refurbishing. The bathrooms are extremely contemporary. There is a sink, refrigerator and coffee... More

If you like a good view of the river and watching freighters pass by this is the place. We stayed in room 210 which is closest to the river. The exhaust fans from the River Crab restaurant were nearly below us but they turn them off between 10:15 and 10:30 PM. It would have been nice to have a microwave... More

Room was dated, but bathroom updated and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Liked having a small fridge, coffee maker, free bottled water first day. Front lobby offered am continental breakfast ( bagels, yogurt, cereal, coffee, fruit). Lots of brochures and literature on area and points of interest. My husband did not find reception... More

Before crossing back into Canada at Port Huron, I stayed one night at this very pleasant hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and set up so conveniently, with a little kitchen area which included a small sink, coffee maker and mini fridge. The bathrooms were spacious with very nice shampoos, soaps and lotions There was a table to use in... More

I was given a birthday gift of the room and dinner at this place. The Decour is right out of the 60s, very retro. Aesthetically the place looks good but most of the equipment is in a state of disrepair. The refrigerator did not work at all, and the air-conditioning was so noisy that it was hard to sleep without... More

Check in was fast and friendly. The hotel is cute, very different from the mainstream hotels. Our room was on the 3rd floor -fantastic view of the water. We sat on the porch and watched a few ships go by. The room was very clean and wonderfully decorated. We will stay again!!

First the hotel is smaller than the it looks in the pictures. The rooms were big and clean, they need a little updating. The window is large and you can see the river. One draw back to the window is, the sitting area for the next room is in front of your window !! So if you have the curtain... More
