Stayed for two nights with my partner and mother-in-law for a short break to St Andrews. Lovely accommodation, very quiet and magnificent breakfasts! Anthea was very welcoming and paid exceptional attention to our needs and we enjoyed using the extremely comfortable lounge. All in all a very relaxing and pleasurable stay. Thank you Anthea for making us so welcome.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay, great hosts, lovely breakfast, really comfy and peaceful, extremely clean, would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in St Andrews for both short and long stays. Just a short drive to the beach, really couldn't recommend highly enough.

A modern, quiet, high quality accommodation. Nightly bookings are available for single travellers. Weekly bookings are available for 2 or more persons. There is self catering available as well. The modern house is located on the main road between St Andrews and Kingsbarns close to local golf courses as well as beach walks along the sand dunes. There is ample... More

Tales of Poltergeists, beautiful countryside, whiskey distilleries and golf to make you take a photo at every turn. This is part of Pitmilly West Lodge. St Andrews has always been on golfers and non golfers bucket list. My time in this beautiful area was purely driven by golf. But what I got was a lot more. The thriving holiday destination... More

Delightful home/ B&B! Scrupulously clean, in a lovely setting. Anthea and Rod are interesting and good conversationalists. Recommend Anthea's omelettes for breakfast. They took us to the most extraordinary beach to continue on the Fife Coastal walk. We had a lovely time.

This B&B is one of the nicest and best I have ever stayed in, and I'm a fussy traveller! It is beautifully decorated, not over fussy and spotlessly clean. The hosts are welcoming, helpful but not too over powering. Breakfast is taken around the dining room table which allows you to meet and chat to other guests, which was lovely... More

We stayed 3 nights in the self-catering accommodation (west wing) as an alternative to B&B. Turned out to be a great way to spend a short break in Fife. The location is perfect for day-trips to St Andrews or the East Neuk coastal villages. We also enjoyed simply relaxing in the west wing itself, which was equipped with everything we... More

This B and B is one of our favorites for its location, charm, and dependability on all accounts. The owners try hard and it shows. I have stayed here several times and am grateful to the owners for all their help and advice every time. The house is neat, well organized, breakfast is terrific, and all most accommodating in all... My wife and I stayed at Pitmilly West Lodge some time ago making use of their self catering facility. This time we booked in for B&B. The experience was equal to our high expectations. The owners Anthia and Rod make it their business to make your stay excellent in every way. We were greeted with tea for two, accompanied by... More
