A buddy and I were up in Port Austin for some golf at the beginning of August. Found this place a few weeks before our trip and booked a 2 night stay. It was great! It is a little older in amenities but it is very comfortable and has a cool, fun vibe. The owner was a very nice guy....

Owners were great, We were able to bring our dog Bull Mastiff Buster who met new friends and new dog friends. We went the first weekend of Cheeseburger in Paradise in Caseville MI. Buster had free hamburgers from the venders . We had a great time. Bonfire every night, The beach was less than 200 yards away.

Nice beach at the end of the street...The walls are paper thin so if the people next to you decide to curse and scream at each other all night then you have a problem. I think we would have a better experience camping at Port Crescent in the rain.

Spontaneous trip to Port Austin, our first. We are California transplants and wanted to explore. This motel was only pet friendly place (what's up with that, Michigan?). We've been on many road trips across America, stayed in lots and lots of small motels and this is probably the worst. Rooms very small and run down, window coverings filthy. we asked...

This motel is older, but it is well kept. Room was a little small. Had microwave & frig. Very dog friendly. Short walk to beach to watch sunset. 4 blocks from town. The owner was very interesting, helpful & nice. Fire pit at night was a nice touch. The advertisement for this hotel was spot on. Kayaked to Turnip Rock...

I came here last June and also reviewed then. I decided to plan a girls weekend and bring my best friends out. We stayed in the 2 queen suite. It was smaller then I thought but the five of us enjoyed the slumber party feel. Wish the bathroom was a tad bigger, felt like I would hit my head on...

We stayed in the off season (March) and had a very enjoyable stay. The owners are extremely nice and the accommodations were pleasant. There's a beach about 100 feet down the road too with plenty of area to enjoy a swim or sunset. Room had a main room with a queen bed and a futon bed, kitchen area with microwave...

My sister, my dog and I stayed in this great little motel. We stayed in #2 apartment which had 2 adjoining rooms (one with a sitting area) with queen-sized beds, a futon, a kitchenette, fridge, dishes, coffeemaker and microwave all for only $79.00, including pet and tax fees! It's a very humble place which I love, because old roadside inns...

The hotel is about the only pet friendly hotel in the area. The room was clean, the heat worked well as the nights were cold, there was a mini fridge and microwave, & sink & cupboards. The Owner Michel was very nice & sat & talked with my wife & I a while. We would definitely recommend this place to...

Tiny little overpriced room. However, it was nice to walk down to the lake, owner is very nice too. Clean, but old and tiny! I wouldn't stay again. They cramp two beds in a tiny room and charge as much as other hotels in the area.
