We had booked at Zellars for a labor day weekend trip to the UP and, by the time I booked, Zellars was the only place left with the availability we needed. After reading some of the reviews I was wary of our 2 day stay there. Boy, were they wrong!! Thankfully, the room we had was great! We experienced the...

Stayed here as a last minute decision. The room itself wasn't bad. A little old fashioned & worn down beds. But the pool room was horrific. Hot tub didn't work, layer of sand on the bottom of the pool. Smell in the hotel was disgusting, like rotten food. & looked like they had never vacuumed stairs & all other carpeted...

If you can find a different hotel, stay away from this one. We recently stayed at this hotel because there was no other hotel that could accommodate us for the length of our stay, which was 4 days. We should have left when we checked in and went to one of the nearby towns. To start with, the reservations were...

We stayed here for 4 days 8/25 to 8/29. Again what a D U M P. This place stunk, the carpet looks like it has never been swept even when they cleaned the room, the air freshener they used to clean the room was horrible. The air conditioner did not work, thought we would open the window, can't screen had...

This hotel is horrible. It smells musty, the carpet is old and gross, the wifi does not work, the towels are as thin as paper, and the beds and bedding are disturbing at best. Just beware what your getting yourself into if you do decide to stay here.

We stopped at Zeller's on our way back from Munising. The hotel had a nice lounge in front and check in was quick. Rooms were not very clean We didn't use the pool or hottub so I can't really comment on them. The restaurant was dark and service a little slow. Lady was very friendly.

My husband and I stayed here in August for one night. It is extemely overpriced for as rundown as it is. The room was not clean, the jaccuzzi tub had a nasty film in it, the air didn't work well. They advertise a restaurant and bar in front which was ok but service was very slow and the place was...

We stayed at Zellars for 3 nights, August 2, 3, and 4th. Had I known then I would have stayed elsewhere with my grandkids. The room was OK, but TLC was needed. The pool had a lot of sand in it, the hot tub was roped off and empty and the whole pool floor was rough cement. Obviously a renovation...

Would not stay here again. The nice lady that checked us in was apologetic for the computer being down, but was very helpful giving us extra towels, ice from the restaurant. Rooms were ok. The pool was dirty and needed updating and hot tub looked like it was out of order for a long time. It was nice that it...
