We stayed one night as well situated on major road network. We found the staff friendly and professional. We used the swimming pool and rested at pool side. Our room was a good size, we had a full nights sleep. The meal we had in the evening was very good cannot understand a previous review describing the restaurant unfavourably, when we were there it was full and heard no one complaining. We chose the tagliatelle dish if was excellent. Breakfast was good.
Though close to the motorway, the hotel is very well insulated. Beds are confortable, staff is very kind and helpful. The pool is good enough for a little swim. Breakfast buffet is excellent, choice of fruit, juice, bread and pastries, ham cheese and eggs.
Do not eat in the ‘restaurant’ - not only are you facing main road traffic, the food is about the standard you would expect in a 2nd rate European bar, greasy, overcooked, small portions, and barely even recognizable as per overblown descriptions on menu. The rooms themselves are barely even ibis quality and all for an overpriced rate. Find something better, which wouldn’t be hard.
Small rooms, no sound isolation. Poor furniture and bathroom. Breakfast costs 12€, but You can eat much better for that price outside. Not for family traveling. The only 2 possitive things is that it is next to motorway and staff speaks a bit english.
By mistake i booked the wrong date and wanted to change the date a few minutes after booking. NO response from the hotel. Nothing, Nada This is simply rude, better search another Hotel. Don´t do business with this kid of people
An efficient hotel just minutes from the motorway and easy to find. We stayed for one night in July and then again for one night on our way home in August. In July France was in the grip of a record heatwave but the room was beautifully cooled by the air conditioning. Plus points for this hotel if you are travelling with children, there is an outdoor pool and also a large fenced grass area to run about in and let off steam! The large grass area served the same purpose for our two small dogs to have a run around in, after several hours in the car. The first time we stayed we ate the buffet, which felt average BUT the second visit we ate from the menu and the food was truly excellent. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast above average for this type of hotel. There is the possibility to eat inside in the air conditioning or outside on the terrace if you have dogs or children who prefer to be outside! This hotel is right beside a dual carriageway and sometimes under the flight path of the local airport but we were in no way disturbed by noise in our room.…
Standard hotel with a feeling of being in a motel. Small rooms with poor quality beds. Pool was ok, strange there wasn't any umbrella. Restaurant was an ok standard hotel restaurant. Breakfast was not very impressive
Highly recommend this hotel with everything about it. Their rooms, staff, restaurant, front office, waiters, cleanliness, support, shuttle bus, Manager, swimming pool and layout, beautiful gardens, cannot be faulted
We had three nights here, and we were pampered. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Solo. The facilities is great, quiet location with windy environment. I think, I will come back to stay this hotel again if I ever visit Hoi An.
Stayed here overnight, en route. The hotel is clean and efficient. It is well appointed, near the motorway and has all the relevant facilities you need for an overnight stay. The restaurant, l’Amandier is also very worthwhile for a meal, with helpful, attentive waiting staff and nicely flavoured food, including local specialities. There were only two disappointments: 1) the free WiFi didn’t seem to work 2) the staff on duty at arrival and check out seemed a little bit preoccupied and not especially customer focused. They were efficient in a functional way and responded to questions if asked, but didn’t volunteer information beyond the bare essentials. The whole experience was very good value.
