Normally i do not stay here while in Leon but i stumbled upon this place one time that my usual place was fully booked and now it became my second choice while in Leon. Family place, clean, good location and affordable. highly recommend it

We stayed at Casa Ivana and had to move on short notice because they were full. We ended up moving to Las Rosas for 2 nights the place we nice. The kitchen is not very big but has everything you need they even have some chilli oil on the tables outside the kitchen. They have a big fridge at the front with plenty drinks you can buy(this fridge is also the kitchen storage fridge) The have a few hammocks and a nice little garden area. We had a private room with bathroom and thought the facilities were very good beds comfortable bathroom good size. The only strange thing is no windows on the room. Nice place overall and cheap too needs to be ranked higher would certainly choose to stay here over bigfoot hostel(but we like quiet places)

The place is clean and staff are friendly. The common area is really inviting and relaxing. That said, we booked a private room with bathroom and the room was so small! When one of us was up and moving the other person had to leave the room. There was barely enough room to fit our bags next to the bed. The room was also stifling hot. We only stayed one night and then moved to a different hostel

Great little place for the price. Treat you like family clean nice kitchen and the most relaxing courtyard with good wifi for a change. Room might be small but its a bed a fan and a cooling off shower. Im picky but no doubt this is a treasure. All things considered
