Taking the shuttle is the easiest and safest way to travel. The trip takes about 16 hours and leaves every second day at 2am from Antigua (this weekend on sunday 21st at 2am). The drivers speak english and they do the boarder crossing for you. The vans are very comfortable and have wifi and AC. The price is $80 a person.
