Visited the hostel with a friend on our travels in Nicaragua. Lovely hostel, great relaxed vibe, good location and the staff are brilliant. We really enjoyed playing on the pool table in the evening, relaxing in the large hammocks and playing with the pet tortoises!...More
We recently stayed at Tortuga Booluda and couldn't fault it!
We'd had a nightmare journey and arrived a day later than our reservation- but the staff were still super friendly and didn't charge us for the night we'd missed - thank you!

Easily one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in on my travels... The private rooms are great with plenty of fans to keep cool (although it does still get very hot here).
The shower is a power shower which is very warm.

We really liked this place. Stayed for 5 nights and felt really at home here. Very relaxed hostel, but not a party hostel in case that's what you're looking for. Great value beers on sale ($1 for a beer). Lovely area to relax in evenings...More

Hi! I am planning a trip for a group of students from the University of Colorado. There will be 19 including the two instructors, 3 female, 16 male. I would like to know price and availability for a one night stay, Jan 12-13, 2016. The females can share a room, males can share rooms, but everyone has to have their own bed. University rules don't allow two students to share a double bed. Bunks are fine
How many rooms would we need? Do you have availability for the date we are looking for? What would be the price per person or per room? How can I hold a reservation?

Do you have any availability for 2 people for 2 nights, starting 12th March?
Ideally we would like a private room, but we are also open to hearing about dorms.
