I wish I could give 3.5 out of 5. Nice ambiance and rooms, a little small though. Service also not bad. Hotel people were helpful and warm. Helped in getting car hires, etc. Food was pretty good and customised as per our requirements. The car hire on the last day for station drop was a cheater. That cost the 0.5...

Once upon a time was only choice for travellers to Biratnagar. Very bad wi fi service. Rooms need to be redone once again.Look of nineties good hotel still prevails. Variety of food in dining but not so good preparation and presentation. Staff though helpful but not well equipped.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Xenial. This may be the best place to stay in Biratnagar. We were with a team of medical professionals from the USA. The rooms were clean. The air conditioning worked. They have generator back up so that we had power. The internet worked. The food in the restaurant was good. The staff was...

I was on a business trip and all I wanted in this small dusty city is a decent stay for which I forked out nearly Rs 3000 on room tariff. They claimed its a 3-Star hotel. But the stay ended in a nightmare. It was agitation time in Birgunj so there was fuel shortage to run generators if the electricity...

The reason I selected the Hotel - It looked as a "Big & Costly hotel" and after travelling some remote places in Nepal, I wanted to have some time in a "decent" hotel. I was to spend 1 night in Biratnagar. However, the following are my comments - 1. Price - I stayed in a Standard Single Bed room (...

I had the deluxe room. The electricity worked, the backup system was good, clean bed and toilet, good hot water, good restaurant, so a solid hotel for a traveler. One tip, make sure that you turn on the hot water switch and wait 20 minutes. Otherwise, the water will be cold.

i stayed here with a volunteer group who were working in a village approx 40 mins out of Biratnagar. The Taj Mahal it ain't, but the rooms were very clean, with hot water (expect approx 2 x 60 sec showers) and reliable, free wifi. Some rooms had better and worse hot water than we experienced. We found the staff to...

Bills itself as the best business hotel in Biratnagar but found the hotel below average at best. Impersonal atmosphere, slow internet and "fancy" restaurant serving very un-fancy food. Tourist rate prices for this hotel are outrageous for the standards of cleanliness, service and food provided. Would not recommend.

“Tip : Avoid Standard Single Room if you want leg space and dont want to micro manage the space to keep your luggage. Go for the deluxe. Exactly opposite to this hotel is Hotel Panchali Pvt. Ltd. Can check it out too.”
