I have been in Bhaktapur on August 2016 and I got a room in this strange Guest House. I say strange because is quite unusual to arrive in a place where you don't know anybody and the same evening you get involved in a "sudden party" with guys from France, England, Australia, India. The owner seemed like a "party master"...

While working at a children's center up the way I spent 5 weeks living at Ganesh. The owner of the guest house, his family, and all of his employees truly make your time there feel like home away from home and by the end of my stay I truly felt like part of the family. I was taken on trips...

The owner and the other guests were fantastic, I spend an amazing four days there (I was initially planning to be there only one night). Dinner Deebesh prepared for all was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere super lovely. The location is very good, few minutes walk from all the main squares. Bare in mind; this is a budget hostel, do...

Ganesh guest house is the best place for travelers. Deebesh always offers activities and good tips, the food is great, and on the rooftop you can always meet fascinating people. The rooms are simple, clean and bright

The hostel is simple and very affordable, but what really stands out is the vibe of the place and the engagement Dipesh generates between the travellers. He is a great guy and will do his best to help you out with anything you may need help from a local. I have only met very nice people at this place and...

This hostel is easily the best I have ever been in my life. The family is very welcoming and helpful in every way Accommodation is ridiculously cheap and the owner would buy my friends and fellow volunteers Raksi each night without asking for anything in return. He even drove me to the airport and bus stops at no charge and...

Had an awesome stay at Ganesh's. It is a great place for backpackers who like meeting other travellers. We had an interesting talk with people from eight different countries in one evening. The food and service is great and very affordable. The owner Deebesh is a great chef and an all-round knowlegeable father.

We went to Bhaktapur to have a nicer base in Nepal than Kathmandu and we found this amazing place. Rooms are pretty basic, but the atmosphere here is great.
