Make sure if you visit in summer months that you are prepared for the heat, this place is more than a oven! Even the cold water taps run with hot water! Beautiful site overall. Shop has limited supplies.

So much was wrong I have had to summarise. Basically a pristine place going to the dogs.No Basin plug.No Kettle. No pressure of water and had to change rooms and no hot water, heater pumps broken

Remember September is already summer in Namibia and may be too warm to visit Ai-Ais. I would recommend the period April to mid August.
