We had a standard double room and the room is not bad, but extremely small. We had problems with fitting the luggage in. Otherwise it is clean and nice. The food and service was ok. The waterhole is stunning. Maybe chose one of the chalets to have more space.

In the dry season the waterhole is top! Elephants, black and white rhino, giraffe and all sorts. You will not be disappointed. However, if you come in the rains you will see nothing - yep, we saw almost not one animal on our last visit in January! But made up for it by our game drives where we saw lions,...

The undisputed winner size-wise of our trip, Okaukuejo is a big camp/lodge. I liked it here. Our group had rooms/lodges with view to the watering-hole, wich brings me to the best thing. The watering-hole in Okaukuejo is by itself a reason to stay here, I think this must be one of the very best watering holes in whole of Etosha,...

After several visits with the last one a total disgrace it was pleasing to see some improvements in reception. Our two chalets were ready for occupation on arrival and in reasonable order. Clean and tidy and well furnished. Okaukuejo is deservedly popular so expect lots of activity around camp. Food was buffet style in the large restaurant and excellent value....

It is all about the waterhole, because the restaurant, reception and shop staff are not particularly friendly (the cleaners are friendly, though); the shop is poorly supplied, the buffet restaurant expensive and not great, and the tyre pressure gauge was out of order when we were there, so impossible to adjust our tyre pressure. However, the Waterhole more than makes...

On the first night there was an abundance of wildlife at the waterhole. It was lovely to watch after dark. There were fewer animals on our 2nd night. The chalet was comfortable but not a lot of storage space available. No problems with water supply or with shower. Service at dinner was very slow. Be sure to check your route...

We stayed here for 3 nights, and had previous experience of the camp from 2013. We would certainly not go back. If we do return to central Etosha then we would stay in a better lodge, probably outside the Anderson Gate. The waterhole room that we had was too small. It's an issue in previous reviews I think, but there...

We stayed 3 nights in the camp, they gave us the wrong room and didn't want to put right there mistake. They just laughed at us and said that everything was booked out, but there were several chalets empty. It is run by the gouvernement and working skills are very low. Nobody wants to work, they only want to get...

Comparing to Halali Camp, this is like a 7 star place. Much better maintained in general. Breakfast was also better than at Halali Camp. At least here they know what an Omelette is at breakfast. My only complaint is that it seems as if the staff's children are allowed to use the pool, the same one the guests use. If...

Everything about this place is spot on, except when you are having a shower. They do not have a shower curtain so the whole bathroom is flooded and slippery every time you have a shower. Got to spend 10minutes mopping at the area if not you have slip and fall. Many of the people in my group had this problems...
