the lodge was great, the food was as poor as can be. The staff is very ignorant with 2 exceptions. The youngest waiter and waitress. The staff at the reception are just rude, not interested. The management has a lot to do

Our 3rd visit and you should stay just to see the waterhole at night usually with rhino and elephant. Waterhole chalets good but need some maintenance. Sadly NWR do not 'get' customer service and restaurant continues to be managed awfully. Poor food that often runs...More

We used Asco Car Hire in Windhoek for our car rental and all supplies. Highly recommend! They were super helpful and they have everything you could need.
