Terry and Jennifer were awesome and the rooms were outstanding. The Bres and I (my Newfie) could walk everywhere to the park to see the Mighty Mac, or to watch the sun come up. At night there was a bonfire to sit by if we wanted to and and everyone who stayed at the Lamplighter Motel was so friendly. I...

So glad we decided to stay here at Lamplighter. The owners have done a nice job of updating an old motel. Very clean and quiet. Located in a guiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Also enjoyed a walleye dinner at Dixie Saloon.

We had never stayed at the Lamplighter before but booked a room because we were meeting family that were staying there. Terry, the owner, checked me in. He was so warm and welcoming it felt like we ere visiting family. The motel is an older property but is in excellent shape. Our room was clean and everything worked as expected....

We stayed two nights at the Lamplighter Motel; the first night in a room for two and the second night in the Dragonfly Room. Both nights were great. The room for two was smaller, with a small desk and a refrigerator. The Dragonfly Room's decor was very cute. It had two double beds, a desk, a wicker chair, a refrigerator...
