Rustic quaint motel. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and so are the beds. Bathroom is a little cramped but adequate. Very good value for the price. We stay here every year on our fall tour. Benches and ashtrays are provided outside room doors for smokers.

We stayed there Saturday night. October 29, 2016. Warm- inviting-clean and comfortable. The owners are the nicest people. My family has used this Motel in the past and we will continue to use it in the future. My only suggestion would be that they put a small microwave and/or fridge in the rooms.

Staff very pleasant. Room was very, very clean. Perfect for my husband and I. Outside beautiful landscape. Nice places to sit outside. Location although on Hwy. 10, No loud sounds from anywhere. A very reasonable price. We would stay there again.

When I'm motorcycling around America, I like to look for just this type of motel. It is family owned, lots of love and care go into its upkeep. It has been in the same family since 1956 and the pride and attention to detail show everywhere. The rooms are nice. clean and tidy. The grounds are immaculate and there are...

We stayed here so we could take off early on the Badger the next morning. The couple that own it are very nice and try to make it comfortable. The rooms and linens were clean, but they would check under the beds once in awhile. Trash. The shower was so tiny. Would never work for a big person. If reminded...

Very nice little motel. Wifi not too good had to sit outside the reception for the best connection. No breakfast but fresh coffee. Good clean rooms with bath, coffeemaker and fridge. Restaurants located all over on walking distance.

5 star for price and cleanliness. Good location, rooms small but comfy. Old television and though they advertise WIFI we couldn't use it because the front desk person HAD FORGOTTEN the password. Bizarre. Otherwise a fine choice if you are just looking for a comfortable inexpensive room

We always have our family reunion in Ludington, so we need good budget lodging. For a Motel this fits the bill, very clean. Owners live on site and they are the best hosts, always trying to make this place better even though it is a older motel you would never know the rooms are very up to date Mattresses are...

Stayed here for two nights after my trip on the SS Badger. It is only a mile from the ferry terminal and the beach. It is also close to restaurants and other shopping locations. The motel, though old, has been very well maintained and updated. The bed was very comfy, and I slept well. The rooms have modern flatscreen TV's and...

Room was super clean, bathroom too. Owners very friendly. Bed comfortable. I am picky about motels, which makes it hard to find a good place on my tight budget, but I slept great here. Coffee in rooms too.
