Situated in one of the most attractive villages in France, this friendly, characterful little place has everything you'd want for a peaceful, romantic or relaxing night. It has four rooms, the one we were allocated was comfortable, adequately equipped and tastefully modern although there's no air-con. The bed was comfortable. Outstanding location with magnificent views (pick a room at the front). Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff .Last, but certainly not least, excellent food. Did i mention the terrace? Watch the sunset from the terrace with glass in hand. Wonderful.

We didn't stay in the Auberge but were just visiting the delightful village. However we did need an 11-30 coffee break and the staff here went out of their way to be helpful. The terrace setting was a bonus Usson is well worth a visit and everyone wanted to show their village in the best possible light. The climb to...
