Stayed one night in room #9. Classic old hotel, bed was OK, pillows a little firm. Walls are paper thin and can hear your neighbors and the Bar downstairs. Nice location downtown. Some great old photos and furniture to look at.

The service is fantastic, the food is exceptional, the room is very clean but far far too hot, a little dated but very comfortable, the bed is huge and really comfortable I love it here, well worth the visit even just for the restaurant

I attended lunch on a Sunday afternoon with a large church group. The service was great. We were attended to regularly even though they had a full bar and two other large groups to serve as well as normal customer numbers. The food was great. I would definitely visit this place again and recommend it to anyone reserving a large...

Had dinner on the bar side. The service was great and the food was okay. Their drinks (mixed) seem a little steep priced for the area. I like the old decor but it's pretty dark in there for me. I won't rush back there.

Clean. Friendly. Small rooms. Window AC unit for each room did a good job. Bed was very firm but a bit short for someone 6'2". Nice bathroom but exhaust fan did not work. Desk in room was really a table you cannot get your legs under. Continental breakfast was minimal and did not have milk 2 of 3 days. They...

Only there for a short stay overnight but wish I could have stayed longer. A lot of character, loved all of the antiques in the halls and the "period" décor in the rooms. Staff was very friendly, bed was very comfortable, room was clean and well-prepped. Little window AC unit kicked out plenty of cold air for the 85 degree...

We had dinner for a family gathering of 25 and it appeared to be way more than they could handle. We planned this weeks in advance, so you would think they could staff accordingly. We split the bills, so they could control the ordering, or at least we thought they could. We had 8 on our check, so it should...

My fiance and I have stayed at the Winter Inn a couple of times, and we've pretty much enjoyed both of our stays. Yes, it's an old property, so you shouldn't go there expecting the amenities of a four star hotel. Think more of it in terms of a bed and breakfast. The beds weren't the most comfortable I've experienced...

I stayed at the Winter Inn Hotel the evening of 6/12. I had booked online after seeing glamorous photo's of what looked like a finely decorated, historic hotel. I checked in early, before my room was ready. I had plans that day and check-in ended at 3pm, so it only made sense to check-in as early as possible so that...

In the quaint town of Greenville is this historical landmark the Winter Inn. It takes you back into time with pictures of how the town used to look like way back then. Extensive signs and antiques are on the large bar side of the building. Its a must see many times because each time you'll find something new. In fact...
