This was my second stay at The Siren in the past two months. The hotel is located in the safe, reenergized Detroit downtown, and it’s beautiful inside and out. There was great attention paid to furnishings and decor—you notice that the second you step inside. Guest rooms, while

I loved my stay at The Siren Hotel! The rooms are charming, and the boutique nature of the lobby and rooms makes it a unique stay vs. larger chains. The location is great, very convenient for a work trip, and I would definitely stay again for pleasure too.

My family was visiting Detroit for Christmas and The Siren was a wonderful place to stay for 4 days. Upon check-in, Seraya was so pleasant and helpful getting us all the info we needed and having our room ready when we arrived. The Fiji waters, snacks, and champaign was an

As a lover of all things design, the decor and detail in the hotel is lovely. A coffee bar in the lobby, the Instagram-worthy Candy Bar decorated in pink, old Hollywood glam, and the bathrooms covered in terrazzo tiles. I live in the greater Detroit area, and I spent one night

Allison, We appreciate you taking the time to walk through your stay with us. It comes with great joy to read that the building's visual offerings were aesthetically pleasing and could lend a luxurious stay for you. We booked one of The Chamber rooms at The Siren Hotel for our New Years Eve in Detroit and wanted to treat ourselves to what appeared to be a detail oriented, beautifully decorated boutique hotel. Although this hotel was boutique, the exquisite decorating and intimate romantic

Kara, We appreciate this thorough review of your time with us. While you may not have found the design of your room to be in-tune with that of our public areas -- it is simply explained that our executive team had an aim to create a standalone experience throughout every area of our hotel. While our lobby and Candy Bar offer a more sensuous environment, our guest rooms are meant to evoke a more relaxed and calming aesthetic - fit to host guests of myriad interests, traveling for business, leisure, and pleasure. We so hope to welcome you back again, and will forever boast of the charms of Populace's $6 latte.

Hi James. The rooms are very small for four people. That said, they have a lot of character. The bar and restaurant certainly aren’t kid friendly. The location is great. 2 minute walk to the outfield of Comerica Park. The A Loft around the block from the Siren might be a better option. The rooms are a bit bigger. And, the rooms that are the same size, they are just more friendly on space. Depending on the day, you can sometimes get a corner room. That has a queen pullout couch. We have also done the roll in bed—which is very comfy. The location is just as convenient. Restaurants that are kid friendly: Hudson Cafe—amazing breakfasts and Sammie’s. 5 min walk from either Siren or A Loft. Bobcat Bonnie’s in Corktown. Great Brunches and lunch. Detroit institute of Bagels—👍🏻 Hopcat—crack fries are a Detroit visitor must Slows BBQ is delicious. So many great little places within walking distance. Hope that helps.
