We stayed at the Minnetonka before and after taking the ferry to Isle Royale. The room was very retro cute and very clean. The bathroom was perfect. The hostess was wonderful helping us out with any questions or concerns. The resort also allows you to leave your vehicle on there property while being away on IR, saving you the parking...

Stayed in cabin #12. Rustic cabins. 2 bedroom with sitting area, microwave, small refrig., and coffee maker. Clean, comfortable beds nice bath w/shower. Nice towels that were better and cleaner than most hotels. Owners were very friendly and even let us look at other cabins to see which on we would like. Planning on going back in the summer and...

For $100 bucks a night, definitely not worth it. The beds and pillows were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. The curtains were broken, so no privacy right on the street. No air conditioning and it was hot in the room. Good things...nice tv, it had a fridge, and front desk staff very nice and friendly.

I stayed in one of the single bed cabins. The cabin consisted of one main room with a bed, tv, shelves, etc and then a bathroom set to the side. It was very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable and I got a nice breeze through the windows. It was a neat to have your own cabin separate from all...

A no frills motel. It was very clean, though there was just a hint of a musty smell that you got used to pretty fast- and it had been a hotter than usual summer so that could be to blame. Beds were in good order, all the bathroom amenities worked. Wi-Fi worked better here than in most places in town,...

We spent the night in one of the two room cabins. It was clean and rustic. Bathroom a bit small, but clean. The Olympics were happening and we were delighted to find a big new flat screen TV in the living room. The beds were comfortable and even with no air conditioning, the provided fans combined with open windows made...

The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was great. They were willing to help out with advice for things to do and places to eat. Highly recommended for an out of the way quiet get away. Lots to see in this quiet little town.

The place is relatively well kept for its age. The cabins are basic, no air cond. small bathroom, questionable wifi and can be noisey depending on your neighbor(s). There are many lodging choices in CH, check it out. Location was within walking distance of the entire village. Restaurant across the street(Tamarack Inn?) charges a "shared meal" fee which I do...

We just came up here for a three day weekend. We rented a nice cabin. Very clean. Very quiet here at night. The beds are very comfortable and people are friendly. What a great getaway. If you need to let it go and get away from the grind , this is for you.

We stayed in cabin #8, half of a duplex. It was dated, but scrupulously clean. It had a mini-fridge and coffeemaker, but no other kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable and between that and the fact that the town went very quiet after 9 pm, we were able to get some great sleep. The bathroom was tiny, but spotless....
