We stayed two nights in room 8, which is back behind the kitchen ... a perfect first-floor setting for us with ready access to the kitchen and dining areas. Each room is different, so just talk to Anne when you book to help select the one that will meet your needs the best. There are many options for socializing or...

The best priced lodge in the area. What's more is that it is a quality place. My wife and I stayed here along with friends. It is a laid back atmosphere and felt like home. The owners Chris and Annie were so nice and by the time we left we considered them friends. Even before arrival they were working to...

The title says it all. We stayed here to snowmobile and had the best of times. The owners Chris and Anne are so congenial and fun. You can hang out in your room if you want privacy all you want. There is also a communal room that has TV, pool table, hot tub and a BYOB bar completely separate from...

We recently spent a weekend snowmobiling in the Western U.P. and stayed at the Powder Hound Lodge. Chris and Anne were as hospitable, accommodating, and welcoming as they could possibly be. Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed socializing with other guests and the owners. They really make you feel like you're at home there. The Backcountry Snowmobile tour...
