We have just returned from a 'Fall' tour of Cape Cod and based ourselves at this lovely Inn. It is B&B but the bedroom and breakfast were both excellent, as were our hosts.

We were in Caudalie on the first floor and it was very quiet. I'm not sure why anyone would say to avoid any of the rooms. When we were there the inn was full, yet we were never disturbed by other guests.
