My Mum and I stayed here for one night recently. As the name suggests, this is an old mansion just steeped in history. The staff are its best asset. They were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the setting in the dining room really helped set a relaxing atmosphere. The room we stayed in was full of character. Four...

The Inn has been lovingly restored by Brian and Dawn, the owners and historians. There are so many interesting and unique details throughout the building. The 4 rooms on the second floor are all tastefully decorated with authentic antiques and the beds are Perfect. On the third floor, rooms are cozy and also comfortable. The views to Wrentham Common are...

The lovely owners at the Proctor Mansion hosted an after-funeral reception for my family. The venue was perfectly suited for this. From the cozy rooms to gather in, to the delicious catered luncheon, as well as a genuine concern for our family's loss. Don't overlook this gem for special occasions!

Recently we spent the night here. Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable and at home. We stayed in the Blue Room. It was spacious and inviting. Breakfast the next morning was tasty and filling. We ended our stay with a guided tour through the house. It is a great thing to see that they...

I just spent a month working there on a movie and the couple that owns the place, Brian and his wife Dawn do an amazing job of making you feel welcome and comfortable and tending to all your needs. Breakfasts were varied but always included fruit and yogurt. The staff made excellent frittatas and French toast. They always asked the...

My husband and I got married in December. We worked with Cathy at Proctor Mansion to host our rehearsal dinner. I also booked all seven bedrooms for me and my bridesmaids to stay the night before the wedding. Chef Paul helped create a culinary delight for our family and bridal party. I couldn't have asked for a better evening! The...

We renewed our wedding vows at the Proctor Inn. In short, the place was perfect for such a gathering. We had 30 people and could have easily fit more. The Mansion sits quaintly in a town center yet, once inside or out back, you think you are inside a history book and the world around you doesn't exist. The PEOPLE...

We stayed there after an evening Patriots game rather than drive 2 hours home. The inn was wonderful and the breakfast was superb. I would definitely stay there again. The history of the old mansion is fascinating. Make sure Brian gives you a tour.
