We had a great stay. Room seemed recently renovated, very large. Amazing king size bed. Bathroom was also very big, with a separate space for tub, shower and toilet. Sink was outside together with closet, which I think is great. They don`t have minibar or safe inside the room, both missed by us! Room was a little too far from...

Thank you Patricia! Your Superior King room was in the newest wing of the hotel. We hope that its larger size and upgraded furnishings and finishes were worth the walk. I'm sorry they were wrapping up breakfast by the time you were able to get there. Hopefully if you visit again you can experience it in its entirety. Please come...

Friendly reception staff and a spacious and comfortable room. We ate in the hotel's restaurant and both opted for pasta. Very tasty dish but the portion size was enormous! We barely made inroads into our meals before having to concede defeat. What a waste. Disappointed next morning to find nothing suitable at breakfast for my diabetic husband to eat.

Hi Celia, I'm glad you found your room to be comfortable. I appreciate your comments on both the size of the pasta and the diabetic-friendly breakfast offerings. I will review with the chef to see if we can make any adjustments. We hope you find a reason to visit Williamstown again in the near future.

There is a lot to like about the Williams Inn. The staff are helpful and friendly, food in the restaurant is good and the free breakfast had strawberry bread and butter pudding with white sauce - devine! But.....the hotel is starting to show signs of age. Room decor is dated, lining of lift peeling off in places and just a...

Dear Peter, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. There's nothing more important than a good night's sleep in a clean room, tasty food, and a friendly staff. We have been making continuous upgrades in the past two years, most recently to replace the carpeting and bedding. We will continue to work toward ensuring a comfortable experience...

I have 3 criteria for a good hotel. A comfy bed, a good shower and a good breakfast. This hotel passed all 3 with flying colours. Added to this the wi-fi was good and staff friendly and helpful - even offering an umbrella for the rain. The hotel also had a colonial charm. I'm amazed at some of the negative...

Not sure whether it was because I was tired after a long drive, or the fact it was raining, but I was distinctly underwhelmed by the Williams Inn. Arriving outside, all looks good. Reception and the gentleman who served us offered us a room on any floor. Selected one on the first , went to our room and that's when...

Built in 1974 and still looks like it did then, complete with floral wallpaper. No in-room safe, no microwave oven, no refrigerator. Upgraded with charging ports and a flat screen TV. Bathroom tile joints are showing their age with stains and a little mildew. A good place to stay.

Stopped at the Inn on the way from Niagara Falls to Providence RI. While the motel is dated and in need of painting on the exterior, the inside is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The rooms and baths are typical of the motels/hotels/inns of 40 years ago.

Older hotel with lots of colonial charm centrally located in town and close to the college. Rooms were comfortable with colonial furnishings and attractive wallpaper. One unique characteristic of the hotel was that they provided 2 separate luggage racks. Friendly staff.

Arrived and was greeted by staff. My room was clean and efficient. Built in the mid 1970's was not new but was maintained ok, comfortable, and reflected the traditional charm of New England. A great hotel for watch the leaves turn color in the Fall for sure. The College has plans to expand and replace it so it won't be...

This is my third stay over the past year at the Williams Inn. I liked the hotel from my first visit, but I have to say that I have been even more impressed at each subsequent visit. The front desk staff are unfailingly polite, efficient and helpful, while the rooms are always in immaculate condition. I find that the rooms...

Thanks again for staying with with us! Your feedback is so helpful to tell our future guests about what they can expect at the Inn. Some of our staff have been here over 30 years and they truly enjoy getting to know our guests over the course of repeat visits. The Superior King rooms located in the back wing of...
