We just spent four nights at the Williamsville Inn between West Stockbridge and Great Barrington Massachusetts; a very pleasant inn in the New England woods. Our meal in their restaurant on Saturday evening was excellent , much of it organic. They recommended a very good restaurant in Great Barrington for other nights. Our hostess, Kandy, and host, Erhard were very... More

We have been coming to the Williamsville Inn for a number of years, for stays ranging from two nights to four nights. We make it a priority to have dinnerat the Inn each time. Kandy and Ernhardt are wonderful hosts; it is like being with family, all of whom are gourmet chefs. They grow their own veggies; raise their own... More

Found this restaurant on a discount website. We got the last table for the next night birthday celebration! We were not only treated like family, we felt we WERE family! These folks REALLY care about their guests! Food fresh fantastic and fabulous! And I am a vegetarian! After a trip to Austria and Germany this is the real deal! Thanks... More

We spent 3 nights at Williamsville Inn last Week and our stay was great! Kandy and Erhard are really nice and know how to make you feel at home. They friendly cared about us. This Inn is away from the hustle -bustle and extremely relaxing with beautiful grounds, outdoor pool, country lane on one side which makes for a lovely morning walk, and many outside areas to just sit and soak in the beauty and smell delicious aromas wafting from the kitchen! The room was clean, simply decorated. The bath invited us to actually... More

We have been coming to the Inn every summer for over ten years and it is blissful every time. Our host and hostess Kandy and Erhardt make us feel like family, but they treat us like royalty. And Sara and Samuel, their children are a delight! The Inn and grounds have lovely accommodations and the grounds are serene and beautiful.... More

This family run inn is both friendly and amazingly well-run. My wife and I really felt like we were again traveling in Germany. Everything was so clean and orderly. Their own restaurant serves wonderful dinners and their breakfasts are tops. Egg dishes are made with eggs from their own chickens. And many vegetables and sprices come from their own garden.... We just returned from the most perfect stay in the Berkshires at the Williamsville Inn. Located in West Stockbridge it is convenient to everything, but just enough off the beaten path to be quiet and relaxing. The inn is elegant yet casual and comfortable. The hosts are super gracious and welcoming. There are beautiful grounds, a nice swimming pool, and... More

A perfect weekend stay with hospitality so wonderful that I felt I should have brought a hostess gift! Beautiful, serene common areas and dining room with meals that were delicious. The rooms are simple, uncluttered and utterly comfortable....but with beautiful grounds to stroll, and so many nearby attractions we did not spend much time in our rooms. We will indeed... More

If you're going any where in the Berkshires, stay here. The Williamsville Inn is well beyond any other B & B or hotel. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the restaurant for two dinners. The Gateway Inn is about a third more expensive, but the Williamsville inn surpasses it in every way. The food is grown organically on the property... More
