My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed talking with Cherie Picariello during our checkout. She was very pleasant, professional and personal. We would gladly stay at Lakeside again!!

The 1st room they showed me smelled musty/smoke. 2nd room was actually occupied. 3rd room was fine until came back from bar. Before I went to sit on toilet found previous guests pubic hairs on seat. Yep gross. Breakfast was pretty bad as well plus no laundry. It is cheap place to stay & staff was nice.

Booked online based on pictures. checked in at 10:00 pm after flying in. When arriving the lobby looked nice, had a slight odor but decided to check in. Upon going to our room there was plastic on floor leading up to the room (see picture below) the room was small and bed was tiny. Even though the hotel was "smoke...

This was a very nice experience. The staff was great. There is a restuarant, pool table, bar, Karioke, open mic night. The breakfast is good and there is a lake outback to relax. This place is definitely worth the stay.

My BFF and I had a relaxing get away here and it was great. Staff was wonderful, rooms were comfy, room service was prompt and delicious. Will return for sure on our next visit to Salem! Felt like home with how we were treated by the front desk staff and by the bartenders. Great live music too!

Just for one night, but I found it excellent. I loved the room. It is very clean and comfortable. The man at the counter was very friendly. Breakfast was also excellent, it had variety. The place was quiet.

A group of us planned a trip to visit and explore Salem, not far from here. Picked this place for its reasonable rates. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Little did we know, the night we checked in was karaoke night in the lounge (one in our group is obsessed). Apparently it attracts a lot of the locals. We agreed that...

I recently moved from Boston to New Hampshire and looking for a reasonably prices place to stay several times a month to keep active in somethings in Boston. I found this place and was nervous about it based on the price- was pleasantly surprised. Not to say it was a five star hotel but it was clean, staff was friendly...

Staff was rude at best. fitness center was on upstairs floor - had to plug in machines to use. no elevator and no consideration for elderly lady with 2 knee replacements. don't go outside in the evening. pretty rough crowd hanging around...

The most disgusting hotel ever!!!!! This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. I checked in here after a 16 hour drive from Chicago and when I walked into the hotel it smelled like a dirty nursing home. It was either that or there's dead bodies in here. It's the most disgusting hotel! Don't waste your money here cause you can...
