This amazing historic Inn has charm and character. Rooms cozy and clean. Pub was fun and the rocking chairs on the porch relaxing. A violinist entertained us with lovely music. The gift shop was quaint and the shop keeper full of information. Pool warm and refreshing. Plenty of sights nearby

My husband and I did not stay at the Inn but did go for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Just walking into the lobby, you felt warm and welcomed with the roaring fireplace and the comfy couches! The hostess who sat us was very friendly and nice and we were seated right away. The menu has a little of everything....

The Red lion Inn is perfect in every way...from the charming and historic building , to the wonderful, professional and attentive staff, and the immaculately clean and well-kept rooms. We stayed for a couples weekend at the Main inn...our room was impeccable, champagne awaited...

From Robin and Shelly at the front desk who invite you in, to the fabulous Warren who waits on your every need for a great cocktail on the Grand Porch or by the...

I love TripAdvisor and utilize it regularly. It always amuses me how some places that I love can be less than delightful to others. The Red Lion Inn is a perfect example. I ADORE this place. The only other place I have been to like it was a little country inn in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia my mother and I...

The Inn is classic and comfortable. We stayed in the old part of the Inn, and thoroughly enjoyed the room with its claw footed tub, and period appointments. The living room offers a crackling fire, drinks, and the warmth of a fire. There is also a heated outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a fitness room. We didn't...

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time at the Inn. We have live entertainment nightly in our Lion’s Den pub and while the type of music can vary quite a bit, there’s never a cover charge! We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Excellent in every way. The Inn's main building is beautiful. It is full of antiques and other goodies to admire. The rooms are fun to explore as there is much to see in each one. The piano player as you enter is a wonderful touch. Our private house was very clean, well decorated and perfect for a fun gathering! Just...

The Red Lion Inn is a historical and beautiful old hotel, that certainly has a lot of charm. When you enter you will feel like you are back in a previous century as it features many historic furniture, pictures and architecture. Although, it is now hovering around being historic and charming, and just outdated. Here are just a few examples...

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are constantly working to update & maintain our inn & guesthouses so that the beautiful historic charm can continue to shine through. Some of the in-room televisions are mounted on the walls, while others are placed on decorative little service carts so that guests can maneuver them to the...

Catering to the geriatric set that comes to visit their granddaughter up at Williams, I'm sure this place gets its share of good reviews and it really is one of the few big hotels in the Berkshires. And while it's by no means bad, it's not much better than average. Hotel food (please don't espouse local ingredients when the Sysco...

Dear Squarebear205, Thank you for taking the time to write your comments. We do support local farms and local makers and have never said we do that 100% nor could we even if we wanted to. We still need to use flour, sugar, salt, olive oil etc. which we do purchase from national vendors but make no mistake we are...

This splendid old inn offers so many options for each traveler, it’s best to begin with the huge front porch that is open to everyone. During the summer months, Main Street will be busy with shoppers and this is the perfect perch for people watching. Inside, the inn opens up to the lobby and the Main Dining Room. The lobby...
