Perfect quiet and private beach, ocean views from all of the cottages. Fireplace to warm up the evenings. Beautifully manicured common areas. A place you will not want to leave once you have checked in. Helpful staff, and plenty of simple amenities. Leave your cares behind and just relax. Close to all Cape attractions, but the look of a private... More

....this is perfection..... In 1983 a movie named "Local Hero" was released. In it, a suave, Dallas urbanite went to very rural, coastal, Scotland for a business deal and within 2 days was begging his hotelier to swap places with him. Good Scotch may have had something to do with that, but the sentiment was genuine. Well, here I am,... More

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary weekend (9/21, 9/22). We really hated to checkout. We stayed in the Golf Shack #25. It was clean and cozy. It had a fireplace and it came in handy for the cool evening. The cottage even had a small kitchen and we used it for breakfast and lunch and ate dinner... More

We have been long time renters at Seaside and fell in love with the place from day one You cannot beat the location and private beach.Over the years we have witnessed a significant turn over in managers --- some good, some horrible. The current manager has made some signifcant changes (for the better) but has also overlooked a lot of... More

First, the location is spectacular. On a bluff overlooking a private beach - just gorgeous. The cottages are very cute, clean, comfortable. Here's the problem - there are a lot of cottages, close together, and there is no a/c. So you have to keep all of the windows open. So you hear a LOT of noise. Would recommend that you... More

If you are looking for Olde cape cod, here it is! My husband and I live on the cape but wanted to rent a little cottage by the sea for vacation. I looked from Bourne to P-Town and was surprised to find that there weren't many cottage colonies on the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised to find this one! It... More

We so lucked in today when I called and there was a cottage unit available. These are located in south Yarmouth right on a lovely stretch of beach. Our cottage is adorable and so well priced for the money. It has adirondack chairs out front, a small little kitchen, fireplace and tv plus a bunk bed for our daughter. So... More

My wife and I booked a room for the Memorial Day weekend. The cottages are lovely. 32a I believe we stayed in, and I can only surmise that the (a) means be prepared because you're connected to another unit by way of a super thin door. It would have been OK except the snoring next door was epic; it was... More

I have been going to Seaside for several years now and love the off season. Wonderful weekend getaway after a long winter is truly enjoyed in the company of family and good friends. We kick back, have a few laughs and relax! The cottage I have in May is perfect for me with a fireplace and a beautiful ocean front... More

The two of us enjoyed our very first visit to the east coast and Cape right here in September, 2013. Two nights is not enough so be sure to have one more day to spend enjoying the grounds and beach location. We were not disappointed in the least. As for the accommodations, the roar of the waves lulled us to... More
