After our original B&B did not work out, we found this place and are so lucky we did. The service that Eleonora and Bill provide is top notch from the details and history of the B&B, to their assistance getting us a reservation for a nice dinner, to the bottled water, soda, tea and coffee always available for the guests,...

From the warm welcoming, to the perfectly charming room, to the incredible breakfast... the Jacob Hill Inn was amazing! The room was impeccably clean, Bill and Eleonora could not have been more accommodating and the breakfast the next morning was delicious! If you're looking for a home away from home that is right outside of Providence then this is the...

We have stayed in great inns and hotels around the world, and we were visiting Brown University and discovered this fantastic inn, owned and run meticulously by Bill and Eleanor. One of the best places we have stayed. Incredibly well restored historic buildings with attention to even the very smallest detail. Great location, immaculate, spacious rooms, great breakfast every day,...

We had the pleasure of staying at the Jacob Hill Inn when we decided to go to a musical at the Providence Performing Arts Center. It's a quick drive into the "city" and so it was perfect. The innkeepers, Bill and Eleanora, were so kind and generous with their time. They gave us a wonderful tour and then brought us...

We spent a glorious New England Fall weekend at Jacobs Hill Inn. Every interaction--from our first encounter making reservations to the morning we said goodbye--was perfect. Bill and Eleonora went above and beyond to accommodate our every need and recommend wonderful things to do, as well as places to eat. Their passionate care of the property is apparent in every...

What is better than beautiful autumn in New England? There is no other place we would rather be, so we were glad we were able to share it with you. The best part of our job is seeing our guests leave here relaxed and happy, knowing that we had a small part in helping them getting away from the craziness...

We spent almost a week at Jacobs Hill Inn at the end of august. We were there to help our son move-in to Wheaton College. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The premises are really great. Eleanor and Bill are both great hosts and great friends. We have many reasons to go back.

One of the hardest things in life to do is send your child off to college, let along college in another country. It is good to hear that you enjoyed your time here and we able to provide you with a home away from home and help make what's a very stressful (but happy) time a little easier on you....

My wife and I could not have enjoyed our stay here more. The nicest people with the best service that you could ask for. Absolutely beautiful setting and remarkable history. It makes for a great family stay and I will consider having my companies strategic planning meeting on site as well. Highly recommended to everyone. 5 STARS across the board!!

My husband and I spent a couple of nights here on our honeymoon. Bill and El showed such great hospitality! We stayed here for 3 nights in October, the weather was great. But in truth what made the biggest impression was the lovely greeting and people we met who own this impressive B&B.
