I should start this whole thing off by saying that the owners are really nice people. This is probably the most important thing you could ask for when staying at a place like this. As advertised, the scones really are delicious, and I am very picky about scones. They are not too sweet, very buttery and nutty, the perfect thing...

Charming Victorian house, rooms quaint. Blinds on the windows and very difficult to pull/up and down, no coat hangers in the wardrobe. breakfast very good. However needs decluttering and updating, for our taste. Owners very helpful.

My wife Peggy and I stayed at this lovely quaint Inn. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The Inn offers ample parking and is within a 8 minute walk to all the Shops and Galleries. The owners Tobey and John are very nice. They offer a fantastic breakfast of eggs any way you like and the most delicious scones, additionally...

John and Tobey are the perfect host and hostess. They share their beautiful Victorian home without reservation (if you will excuse the pun.. please make reservation). Breakfast was delicious and I had absolutely the best cup of coffee ever.. It was a simple and quiet experience.. both of which was truly needed.. They are well supplied with information about the...

My mom and I stayed here for a few days and we absolutely loved it. The house is full of Victorian charm and is quiet and welcoming. John and Tobey were nothing short of sweet and friendly. They also recommended several places to visit, which I thought was great for the guests. I love breakfast so I was so happy...

The Inn was clean but very cluttered. The rooms were outdated. The breakfast was not good-we were served tatter tots. There were 3 couples in our group. we traveled to Prince Edward Island, NS Canada and stayed at several bed and breakfast Inns-this one was the most expensive (even though it was not high season) and have the worst breakfast....

We stayed at the Lindentreeinn for two nights, we have been a party of five (3 kids, 2 adults) and had two rooms. The rooms have been quiet and clean and were a good b&b standard. Tobey and John, the owners, are very nice and forthcoming. Breakfast is buffet style with side orders for eggs. Overall very nice stay, the...

Stayed here for a night. Bedroom large but lacking a bed skirt and window sills were dirty. Breakfast room crowded and so were the supplies in there. Overall the hosts were very niche but the place feels a little tired and in need of attention. Good value and great location. Were promised a view of a pond - couldn't see...

A lovely visit at the Christmas Season! The model train village added immensely to the victorian charm of the inn. Tobey & Jon give the home a lovely mix of formal propriety and help-yourself, when you're here-you're home sensibility. I'm hoping to return during the high season for some beachy R & R.
