Robyn and Audri are wonderfully warm and welcoming. The breakfasts are delicious and include an array of offerings tailored to the dietary needs of guests. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed our time at Admiral's Landing very much. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. Thank you, Robyn and Audri!

For the one precious week we spend in Ptown each year, we keep going back to Admiral's landing. The location is superb, the accommodations are terrific, the housemates are always fascinating, and the innkeepers are simply unparalleled. We have come to love Robyn and Audry as family. That's why we keep coming back. It just wouldn't be Ptown without staying...

Decent location off of busy C-street. Hosts were the highlight, along with the morning breakfast conversation with the other guests. Room was great (#5) - no changes needed. Nice breakfast cooked as well - all very nicely done, and worth the visit.

I cannot imagine staying anywhere else but Admiral's Landing. I have visited Provincetown for a number of years and have never found a place so welcoming. The rooms are great and the hosts go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. How many people can say that one of the highlights of their vacation is...

Our hosts, Audrey and Robin, were there to greet us right away in the warmest and friendliest way. We quickly settled into our room, which was brand sparkling new, with a comfortable bed, ultra modern bath, and a small kitchenette area on the side of the room. The place was one block away from all the action on Commercial Street...

I have stayed in the newly remodeled Penthouse for a few years now. It is beautiful, immaculate, and close to everything you want to do in Ptown. I would not stay anywhere else. An added bonus is the awesome hosts--they bend over backward to be certain you are well-fed at breakfast and have a genuinely good time.

Robin and Audrey are such great hosts. From the first minute we walked in it felt like visiting friends. Very clean and convenient rooms and the quiet location still very close to the main street (commercial street) is a plus Can strongly recommend. Would love to stay there again.

My husband and I were getting away for a couple days after a week long vacation in ME with family. We've never been to PTown before and didn't know what to expect. We rented the Waves Penthouse and it was perfect...from the big comfy king bed to the silent air conditioning to the relaxing bubbles in the huge bathroom. It...

We recently stayed at Admiral’s Landing in Provincetown, MA. It’s a beautiful 1860 house owned by Robyn and Audri that, that to us, was in a perfect location as is allowed us to visit stores and galleries nearby. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor which was comfortable and had a beautiful bathroom. Every morning we had a...
