We had another great stay at this little gem of a b&b close to the center of Provincetown. Warm, welcoming hosts; great breakfasts; gorgeous room (we stayed in Room 6 this time, the one with the steep staircase); easy walking to just about anything in Ptown; and of course interesting and fabulous guests. Room was clean, common areas are inviting.

Our stay was amazing! The room was clean, comfortable bed, fireplace, and heated floor as you exit the hottub! With all the comforts and quaintness of a B&B! The host were so accommodating and very informative on the local area and sights to see! Our morning chats over the homemade breakfast they made us was a highlight of our stay....

What an absolute gem of a place! Provincetown is beautiful and the Admiral's Landing is the perfect place to stay. After a long journey from Boston we were greeted warmly by the wonderful hosts Robyn and Audrie who let us know all we needed to know about the gorgeous Provincetown. We were a little tired and cold after the travelling...

Great central location. We stayed in the penthouse of their newer addition. Beautiful, comfortable room with a huge bathroom, including both a large walk-in shower and a bubbling tub. Spotlessly clean, with lovely linens. Nice breakfast and congenial fellow guests. Highly recommended.

This place is a must stay in Provincetown...we slept better here than anywhere while on the cape..we were so comfortable and the hosts are rock stars. Great folks..We travelled all the way from Uruguay and it was the oasis of our time on...

Your delightful hosts will treat you to a wonderful stay at a very reasonable (off season for us) rate. The Admiral's Quarters Room was spotless, crisp, and comfortable. Gas fireplace, small TV, lots of natural light. If you like a firm mattress and plump pillows, you'll sleep perfectly. The modernized bathroom included a large shower and jetted tub, plus heated...

A Bed and Breakfast by its nature is a warm and comfortable place, but the owners and the accommodations at Admiral's Landing are above and beyond simple comfort. The rooms were spacious enough for two people to move around easily and the bathrooms simply decadent. It is a short walk into the downtown so you have the closeness without the...

Stayed three nights for Halloween 2016. Great room wonderful owners who took care of us. Location was perfect as it was close to the fun of Commercial Street. The fireplace in the room was a plus off season. Will definitely stay here again.

This B&B is within walking distance of all major attractions in Providenicetown. The rooms are immaculate with heated bathroom floors and a fireplace in every room. The Inn keepers Robyn and Audri were wonderful. They were helpful, super friendly and made a nice breakfast with great conversation! Would stay again for sure.
